How do I request pool service?
Call (585) 967-9020 or complete the Request Service form with your service type, pool details, address and contact information. Palmer's follows up about the request.
What pool services does Palmer's provide?
Pool cleaning, chemical balancing, weekly maintenance, pool openings, pool closings, pool repairs, and equipment service for pumps, filters, heaters and salt systems. Leak detection, liner work and renovation support are handled where applicable — describe the job in the request.
What areas does Palmer's serve?
Wayne, Monroe, Ontario, Livingston, Seneca, Cayuga, Yates, Genesee and Orleans counties, based from Ontario, New York. Near a county line? Send your address and coverage will be confirmed.
Do you provide pool maintenance?
Yes. Routine cleaning visits and scheduled weekly maintenance with water testing and chemical balancing are available for residential and commercial pools.
Do you provide pool openings and closings?
Yes. Openings cover uncovering, equipment reassembly, fill-up and startup chemistry. Closings cover winterization of lines and equipment, winter chemistry and securing the cover.
Do you repair pool equipment?
Yes. Pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems and general equipment installation and repair are serviced on site. Include the symptom in your request so the visit is properly equipped.
Do you service residential pools?
Yes. Both in-ground and above-ground residential pools are serviced, as are spas where applicable.
Do you service commercial pools?
Yes. Select Commercial as the property type in the request form and include facility details.
Do you repair pool heaters?
Yes. Heater diagnosis and repair are part of equipment service. Mention the heater make and symptom in your request.
Do you service salt systems?
Yes. Salt systems are serviced alongside pumps, filters and heaters, including salt-cell and control issues.
Do you offer emergency service?
Emergency needs are reviewed case by case. Call (585) 967-9020 and describe what is happening with the pool or equipment.
